When we're away from home, the phone app makes it easy to change the temperature setting for a/c or heating from wherever we are to save us money. We just change the temperature back to the original setting when we're returning and the house is comfortable when we get home. Couldn't be happier.

My AS thermostat automatically switched from cool to heat and heat to cool. I was also able to control the humidity. This thermostat locked me out of the app and has not allowed me to reset my password. I’m having someone come out and fix this whole situation.

I DO NOT LIKE THIS THERMOSTAT, AT ALL. The user interface is illogical, clunky, and the most difficult to use I have ever seen. You should be able to program all seven days on ONE screen (if each day has the same program.) Instead, you have to slog through the tedious menus for each day, one day at a time, with a god-awful number of illogical pokes. Not amusing at all.
