Initial setup was frustrating. The e-mail which was required to complete setup arrived more than six hours following the request. Contractor called the help desk where the tech was very helpful and got us going. Application is a bit buggy.

We have 32 thermostats if the Wi-Fi is lost to one most times I have to pull the thermostat off wall and pug back in. You can't install an a PC to control them. I have more but I guess I am limited. Adaptive recovery problem.

The features were recommended by the contractor for my use. I get a can not communicate with device every once in a while, but works great overall.

This digital thermostat is nice and overall of good quality it seems. If thereâs one area for Imorovement however, it would be with the screen sensitivity of this device. It does take several attempts before the screen recognizes your request.

It is wonderful to be able to monitor my thermostat from far away, while at the grocery store or on vacation. Registering my Honeywell exposed weaknessâs with my internet connection that once fixed has steadily monitored my thermostat experience.

My router is located within 5ft and I constantly receive alerts about losing connection/communication with the device. I'm considering replacing it soon.

Touchscreen is good looking and responsive. Does everything it should and scheduling/programming is very easy especially using the app. Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because we have found that the temp reading is off by 2 degrees at least.
