Uwe have never had a thermostat like this before and it is in a Seasonal Home that we don't occupy all of the time. It's nice to be able to check on the temperature when we aren't there and set a desired temperature when we are on the way for a stay!

Cons - there’s a two day delay in seeing the usage (runtime) of the hvac unit. We didn’t realize the hvac system wasn’t working properly until a few days later due to this delay.

Not as impressive as I thought it would be. We moved to a new location that had a comparable zwave unit that didn’t work. We wanted wifi so we replaced in kind. I was surprised when I realized that this stat was such a basic unit. Its seems that it is designed more for integration with other applications in addition to HVAC. That’s good if you need it but I was expecting a Honeywell stat to give me more features than this does- especially for the price.
