Coming from a home where we have installed and used Nest, this thermostat is light years behind and very dull to say the least. Plus you canât even view your daily usage habits to see where you can improve as far as efficiency goes.

It took a few tries to get the thermostat to connect to the home Wi-Fi, and the menus could use some better organization

My home is a new construction home by Brookfield Residential and the thermostat came with my home. WiFi capability is convenient. As well as the air circulation options.

This thermostat does not appear to be as good as the one it replaced. I donât get notifications when it goes off line ????

Very simple to use, and it is valuable in helping me manage a vacation home from my permanent home. I am getting some alerts concerning lapses of brief duration in the internet connection. I am guessing the modem is too distant from the thermostat.
