We actually replaced this thermostat with our old one. Was not user friendly. Kept resetting itself, maybe it was defective. We set it to run cooler through the night, we woke up once to 80 degrees in middle of night, we hadnât changed anything

It took a few tries to get the thermostat to connect to the home Wi-Fi, and the menus could use some better organization

Love the ease of being able to travel and check temps at home. Can even adjust the thermostat with the app on my phone. Gives me great peace of mind and would recommend this product to everyone.

Our contractor had issues getting the app to work on our 2 different phones I have an android he has iPhone. Finally after many attempts they got it to work. And we are always getting messages saying we are not connected when we are. Hmmmmmm

I do Love it once I was able to get the app. It wouldn't recognize my main e-mail and had to call to find out that I needed to try a different e-mail and it has been great ever since.

My home is a new construction home by Brookfield Residential and the thermostat came with my home. WiFi capability is convenient. As well as the air circulation options.

You sent directions to program a daily range but it did not allow me to program anything. It kept asking m to install anew device and became very frustrating. It works manually but I would not recommend it for seniors.
