Not everyone uses Apple. Be nice if it was more android friendly for install purposes so we don't have to call support.

This thermostat keeps getting disconnected. One of them goes blank as if no power intermittently

I have 3 thermostats and one of them has been replaced twice in 3 months. Not happy with the product.

Love the convenience of being able to change the temp on both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats and even set up the schedule right from my phone with the app. Would like separate schedules for both heating and cooling though.

Loses wifi signal with 1 of 3 thermostats in house despite strong wifi - suspect wifi radio problem. Geofencing feature not working accurately and shows someone is home while everyone is away at school or work.

I had a nest. I am not at home and it doesnât register as away. It goes offline frequently telling me it canât communicate with WiFi. Wish I had gotten a Nest
