HVAC recommended this product and he was not very good with the programming. We have had issues with the unit switching randomly to a different temperature. Trying to set it and forgot it and not chance a switch between Home and Away.

The installation was flawless, its the connecting to the internet part that is always a hassle. I have 3 of these units and the 2 upstairs work great, the one downstairs is always disconnecting and I can never get it to stay connected.

Love the thermostat! I would give it a 5 star if the GeoFencing worked better. More than half the time I come home and walk in the door, the system has not registered that I'm home. I just go over and touch the panel to wake it up and it works.

We got 3 with our new house. Once you get them online, you need to keep them online as they will constantly ask for outside temps. Tech support was unable to assist. We had to reset all of them to factory and start over. It is a nice thermostat
