Replaced a unit that didn’t work/was faulty. When this got installed it worked so perfectly and was instantly better aesthetically! The app is user friendly, the unit is much easier to read… just better all the way around!

It would be perfect if it had an "auto" mode. Only has heat or cool. My old unit would let you set a temp range and would automatically switch between heat and cool. It's a shock when the temp drops during the night and you wake up to a freezing house because the air can only be set to one setting.

Difficult to pair with Apple Home Kit. Additionally it was was not very user friendly / the interface was lacking. We eventually ended up replacing all three units after 8 months due to them not reconnecting to the app or the internet. Several attempts were made to try and get them to reconnect but it never succeeded. Save your money and actually buy a smart thermostat.
