I have two thermostats two different properties. The runtime history is always delayed by three days before I can view it. I have a train thermostat at another property and the usage is pretty much in real time. Makes me wonder why the Honeywell is delayed three days. I wished the outdoor temperature was also displayed in the history like the train does when when monitoring usage remotely with these very useful

why would you even make a thermostat for a heat pump that doesn't have a heat and cool mode? dumbest thing ever. I'm supposed to go to the thermostat or app twice a day to change the mode from heat to cool and vice versa? I can't believe this product is even manufactured.
