Simple and effective - I don’t need a lot and don’t want a tool that talks to me and listens to me, etc. I just want to be able to remotely change the temperature. It does it perfectly.

It keeps defaulting to away mode! It doesn't stay connected to the internet and I dont think its very accurate! Im replacing it with a sensi!

This thermostat came with the Amana system in our new construction home. It would not run on schedule as programmed. Checked all settings. Deprogrammed and reprogrammed and it would still run random temps whenever it wanted. Switched to a Nest.

Thermostat was professionally installed Mid -September. Early October it started “falling” off line. I’d get messages to check my internet (AT&T). It was always connected and running appropriately. In a few hours, without intervention, the Thermostat would regain internet connection. Customer Service could not diagnose the problem. It’s been OK for about 3 weeks. Troubleshooting messages are not especially useful. Thermostat is in a vacation home so confidence in its performance is critical.

The thermostat is back, lit and easy to see. The numbers are very clear with red being heat and blue being cool. It is set duly for heat and air conditioning. It looks nice on the wall.!
