Problems with dropping Wi-Fi and have had our Wi-Fi provider out. Issue was with thermostat. Had to replace and new ones are better but occasionally still have same problem.

The whole point of buying this product was so I could interface from a distance. Range is pitifully limited. Also consistent messages the thermostat canât find my router

I love the thermostat, its simple & user-friendly. The only issue I've had was it lost its WIFI connection. I had to take the face plate off and put back to reconnect to WIFI.

The t-6 keeps sending me messages that it having problems connecting to wi-fi bought this unit so Iâd have less problems not more phone and computer are fine with the wi-fi

It was somewhat difficult to get it to connect with the house wi-fi and phone app, as both the contractor and I were trying to figure out what to try next. After repeated attempts we stumbled on the right steps. It now works fine.

Had to return a thermostat because it kept losing wifi signal even if wifi signal was very good. actually i have two of them in my house and they both kept losing signal. One never could get signal. Even bought an audiometer to check wifi signal.

I have a TH9320WF5003 at our other home and I like the appearance of the mobile application so much better. That's the only reason I rated it a four. The applications work almost identical.
