This is the dumbest smart thermostat I have ever used. The program set up on the app does not actually run on the thermostat. It says it is synced and you can see the program on the thermostat, but it just holds whatever temp you manually set no matter what.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I signed up for this service accidentally. When I realized that it was not for my particular HVAC system and tried to cancel it, I didn't have a way to cancel the service. So I have paid for a service cannot get a refund and cannot use the service. This is deceptive practices! Thank you for asking for a review to provide a place to communicate with you.

Just one issue. I wish that the Auto Select between Heat and Cool was displayed more prominently on the screen. My system went much hotter than I had set for cooling until I adjusted the selection. And occasionally it still drifts beyond the cool setting.
