My mom has problems with the new thermostats. She's used to the big circle controls that you just move the dial to the temperature. Having remote access to check her temperature and to set a schedule has been awesome for me.

Review box is too small. Setup and configuration was horrible. Didn't work on 2 of 3 devices (including an ipad, which your tech support said would work). Nearly impossible to understand how it works. No documentation to speak of. Bad experience.

We are very pleased with our new furnace. The away function works! We were surprised when we returned home from a day trip and saw on our cell that the thermostat tracked our location, dropped the temperature + then raised it during our return. Easy!

I like the thermostat- only issue is getting alerts saying the thermostat is having difficulties communicating w/ WiFi network
