Itis basically set at one temperature, and we haven't touched it since it was installed. Once we go from Arizona summer to 'regular' weather, we will probably get more use out of both the register AND the app on the phone. Hope it works as well as our Nest did. We HAD to change to the Honeywell when we changed A/C/heat pumps as the Nest was NOT compatible, otherwise we'd still be with Nest.

Generally, a nice thermostat, with Wi-Fi for remote access, but you have to manually switch from heat to cooling, no auto mode. Why in this age!!!

We had this thermostat installed with a new central ac system. After a minor glitch connecting the Residio smartphone app i was able to get it all working. The ability to control the system from virtually anywhere is great! I also like the flexibility of the scheduling feature that allows programming different settings for certain time periods.
