Keep having to log in. Tells me over and over can not communicate with server, meNwhile my router works fine. Tired of logging in all the time. I reinstalled the app to no avail.

I Love it...Love the fact that I can change the temperature from my phone anywhere and to have my home cooled down when I arrive home. I also love the fact that I no longer have to override to higher temperature and put it on hold when I leave.

This thermostat desperately needs a temperature differential setting. My AC cycles much more with this thermostat than my old one that had the temperature differential setting. May swap this one out even though its brand new.

Unit came with my apt. Have had to replace once already due to not unit not communicating with internet and cell ph. New unit seems ok at times but not 100% communicating with cell.

The problem I have with thermostat is I cannot keep it connected to WiFi and the app will forget my device. It is the absolute hardest device I have ever setup the WiFi on and the process can be greatly simplified. The app needs a lot of work
