We constantly lose communication with the thermostat or it jumps to a temperature we donât want. Itâs great about 80 % of the time.

The app is clunky and doesn't work most of the time so what is the advantage of having this? Pretty sure we will be taking it out and replacing it with something else.

When we hooked in our second thermostat, the wifi app only wanted to show heat in the programing. (There is no heat here) While I was able to program just using the heat which somehow worked to cool, it seemed just wrong.

Mine failed at about five months old and my son had failure of his a few weeks prior to mine. In both instances Wi-Fi failed and unit had to be replaced under warranty but not a good sign.

If your Wi-Fi goes off for any reason⦠The connection is stopped and you have to reset everything. So Iâm sure it would be wonderful if my wi-fi never went off but unfortunately I lose connection quite frequently.

I was going to change the thermostat because of a faulty one that was installed since the unit was built. The new system called for a new one and I picked the Honeywell pro series and it was installed but the contractor.
