The thermostat appears to function well, however the instruction manual is very sparse on instructions. Additionally the WIFI app is a good tool for quick adjustments away from home but does not allow for programming changes or edits to schedule.

The WiFi stinks!!! Iâm always losing the connection to a point where I just turned off The WiFi. Not worth the hassle or aggravation.

Itâs been impossible to get this product to connect to WiFi. Weâve gone through every instruction manual and wasted so many hours. Huge pain.

Too complicated the only thing I liked was if we were away I could adjust the temp before we got home

The first one & second were installed by Synergy, the first was defective, would not register. The second one works but is finicky has trouble staying connected to phone. Don't know if it would have been my choice if not installed for free by PG&E

My only issue with the product is not product related. I have a poor internet provider and that effects the performance of the product.
