The thermostat itself is fine but that app seems to have a bug. You set a temp but next time you come back to it, you see the previous setting, even though it did take the command. So you have to remember where you set it and not rely on the display.

Too many communication problems . I get frequent emails stating that there are communication issues with the thermostat. But itâs good when itâs working!!

Need to have contractor send you a quick video on setup. Need to have the app set the geofence for his and hers. Setting it up for one makes the unit act as if you are away if the resident whose iPhone wasn't used to set the geofence is at home.

Have not had it very long but so far so good. When we are away for 6 months will be able to tell you if it worked like it should.

Lost internet connectivity. Fix was by contractor. He took it off the wall & put it back on . This reset it & he told me this was quite common.
