This thermostat snd the new Resideo app are not as convenient and easy to operate as all of the other Honeywell thermostats (and the older Total Control app) that we have had. Specifically, when trying to change the temperature.

Easy to read and operate with a bright screen and easy to see numbers. Used the away feature to set up for mini vaction. Turned down the thermostat from the airport. Came home to a cool house.

Easy to use ap. I can adjust the thermostat from my phone while laying in bed or sitting on the sofa watching a movie. I haven’t needed to, but I could also adjust the temperature if I was out of town and it got too hot at home, to save my plants. Genius.

Easy to use, supports three modes (cool, heat, and emergency heat) which is perfect for my heat pump + boiler setup, and WiFi-enabled so I can control it from anywhere. No complaints so far.

your app did not work on my phone. it still does not work on my phone (pixel 9). This presented a MAJOR issue when your dumb thermometer required an APP and account just to use after it was installed. Accounts, wifi, & APPs should not be required to turn on a thermometer. The contractor couldnt get it to install on his phone either. I had to use a 3rd person's phone finally install the app and get the unit to provide access. 2/5 because after this hassle the unit seems to work as expected but I DO expect future connectivity and app issues from this unit.
