Need to be able to lock it so that it cannot be adjusted by anyone but the one who has the app or a code to unlock it.

Initially contractor installed a Carrier Cor 5. I had issues with the remote setup and did not like that it is not back lit. I had it replaced with your T6. I am very satisfied. Remote setup worked 1st time and I like the back lit + geo fence.

It says that it is having issues connecting. I can restart he app and itâs fine but that happens a bit more often than I would like.

I have upgraded WiFi in my home, yet I get constant alarms regarding connectivity... when I check the status, it is always online. Frustrating!

Really like my new WiFi thermostat. Love being able to monitor and control the house temperature from anywhere. It does lose connection from time to time. One time needed to be disconnected and reconnected almost like a reboot. Learning curve??
