Not user friendly, very confusing display. Not an easy to navigate website, we returned this and had a different manufacture model.

the majority of the time the unit does not work. Constantly needing to be reprogrammed.

At time of install, Honeywell had some computer problem that affected download of app and the initial set up and the ability to fix it. The contractor was able to stop by a few days later & finally got it working OK, but didnât know why it happened

Seems to have a lot of screens to go through to program. Doesnât have separate sat/sun setting.

The most difficult part was getting the thermostat connected to the app. Follow instructions carefully. Otherwise, great product and functionality.

The one thing that I don't like is that I can't view it on my Microsoft laptop.
