I am so sorry I got a thermostat hooked up to the internet. The first day I had it (100 degree day in July) the Comcast internet went out - and so did my thermostat and AC. It took three people, one with a degree in Computer Science-my son-in-law, to reboot it and try to hook it up to my iPhone 13. The thermostat did not like the 13 but worked well with the 14pro of my granddaughter. Much later, we finally got it to work on the 13, but why bother. All I needed was a thermostat that was very simply programmable in the winter, so it would power-down at night and up again in the morning. Getting a thermostat that is dependent on Comcast internet to function, was my mistake. Simpler is always better. All the fancy programming that was done by the installer (a professional who chose this model) was lost the minute the internet went out. So, I am back to square one. I did not choose to program the AC since that is a flexible choice of mine depending on the outside temperature - which this thermostat does NOT show. Bottom line - I got the wrong model!
