Until you’ve had full remote control of your thermostat, you don’t realize its usefulness. The sheer convenience was enough to sell me. There is tangible savings from being able to access it remotely because I’m guilty of leaving the house without turning off HVAC. Without it, I was either returning to the house or calling a friend or neighbor for help. That meant sharing the location of my hidden house key. Now I can do it from virtually anywhere. You can now forget about hoofing it down the hall in the middle of the night to make a needed adjustment. So “honey, can you get up and cool it down”, is no longer a problem. This product has my full endorsement.

I like this thermostat very much. For me, I wish the digits were darker. So I'm still trying to find the right background brightness. I don't use the Schedule but I'm sure it works just fine.

The instructions that came with the thermostat were useless in helping me set it up for wi-fi. I had to go online and watch a YouTube video twice before I could set it up. Once set up, it works great!
