The product is good overall, had issues with programing / APP changes. The APP was upgraded however the geofencing did not show my correct location. Once it was fixed by support the product work great! Convenient easy to operate, time & energy saving

Travel to visit out of area family is frequent. Love that I can check status (especially in winter) and turn it up when Iâm on my way back. Never have to enter a cold house again

I have three of these in different houses. Two installed easily. The third one had some trouble and I waited on hold for an hour two separate times for technical support. When I did connect with them they did not seem knowledgeable. App has issues.

My system drops offline frequently. To rule out network issues, my router was replaced with google mesh network. The rest of my smart home equipment tied to the same network does not have the same intermittency.
