We have a thermostat on the second floor directly above our WiFi and no other device upstairs has an issue but this thermostat loses WiFi constantly and have had it replaced three times. First replacement was for Bluetooth that never worked for the initial setup/ second time was watching the WiFi icon appear and disappear every three seconds. Third was it never worked establishing a connection. And now it’s finally working but I wouldn’t recommend this device to my worst enemy.

Installed by my HVAC company part of an entire HVAC system replacement 2 months ago. Replaces my Ecobee 3 (with remote sensors). Front panel display is somewhat messy, but functional. Scheduling function works well, but somewhat annoying to program. Thankfully, that is a one time thing! Temperature control is excellent. I do miss my Ecobee 3 because it had remote sensors, which I found useful managing upstairs and downstairs temperatures during the day and night in a house that has only one zone. I understand that Honeywell has a version with remote sensors, but this was not offered to me by the HVAC contractor.

Won’t connect to the app / cloud. Tried resetting and everything that the help page suggests - nothing worked.
