The basic installation was very easy. However, I ran into some points getting it "Online" that did not go very easy. I got tangled up trying to get in online and providing a way for the owner to get connected. I didn't call for support so it may be easy. I still have to put 4 more on line for that location so i will end up working it out. I had put some other Honeywell thermostats on another Church and everything went so easy. Not sure what the problem is here. I am sure it will work out. I just need to call support

Pretty simple to use. My issue has to do with the connectivity, as it sometimes does not allow me to connect. May have to do with the fact that I am out of state when using the app on my phone?

It definitely does what it supposed to do. Its not everyday you purchase a new ac system. With that said im not familiar with any competitors or the latest tech breakthroughs .
What im trying to say is im underwhelmed. I spent more on the 2 ac systems as i would building the shop ive been dreaming about. So when i go to the interface of this ac unit and interact for the first time it seemed very minimalistic. That is probably a plus for some. Me personally coming out of the pocket for a large purchase i expected something more .

I have other Honeywell thermostats, and they show when the system is running on the app. This one does not appear to have that feature. Only shows what the temperature is set at and the actual temperature, but not when the system is actually heating or cooling on the app

My wife love this thermostat. She is able to control the temperature of the house with her cellphone. It can be a little difficult controlling the thermostat with the panel. But it easier with the cellphone. Highly recommend this product.
