Resident app works. Honeywell app was recommended, but it doesn't work. Also, usage by day charts had a delay before they started to work, but it's still not in real time. Otherwise, I like being able to control my thermostat remotely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing thermostat! I like that you can set up automatic settings and the geofencing. Also great to use with the app. I work from home and nice to be able to control with my phone if I can’t leave my desk.
