We had the T6 wireless installed in our vacation home so we can monitor and adjust the temperature before we arrive. We have had problems when the internet service is temporarily interrupted, usually due to a brief power outage, we lose remote access

I just hope it last more than 2 years, my last Honeywell barely lasted that long.

Your website has been completely unreliable. We have had repeated instances where we or the thermostat could not connect. The app has a poorly designed interface/menu. Itâs a great concept poorly implemented. We like the geofencing.

Getting the unit to recognize and attach to my WiFi system was difficult and error messages were unhelpful. Eventually it connected and I have no idea what changed to make it happen. Except for that difficulty the unit has worked well.

Works pretty well if installed properly. Connection seems to go offline from time to time on the app, but has not been a cause of concern.

Nothing compared to the Nest. T6 disconnects from the cloud often and goes to a default cooling/heating schedule. Once it reconnects it works; however, it disconnects often. Also, it doesnât learn. Go with a Nest!
