Not worth the money

AWFUL--No idea how to access via my laptop and not my phone. I loved my old Honewell, but hate this one!

The Resideo and First Alert app do not have a web interface, you will only be able to control the thermostat using the app. Our team is ready to help if you need assistance. Works great. Got another one for my elderly mother-in-law. Now we can assist her when she can't figure out how to manually adjust it. Easily connected to iOS Home and Siri.
Fan intermittently stops. Three techs cant fix. Waste of money. Text are blaming the thermostat, but it can work up to 12 days at a time with no problem and then it just stops if I turn the system off, let it rest about 30 minutes and turn it back on. It works fine sometimes for another 12 days. There is no rhyme or reason. I’ve turned the schedule off. I’ve kept the fan on. I’ve not changed the temperature. None of those seem to work. I have spent so much money and I’m still not getting consistent results. When it works, it definitely saves on the electricity bill but it’s not fun when my house is 85° in the South Carolina heat.
