It's worked great except for the 12 hours it wouldn't connect to wi-fi. And it was Honeywell's fault. Also, we liked the old app better.

The app doesnât work consistently. Iâve also had issues where the WiFi stopped working and I could not reset the thermostat no matter what I did. I do like the features but just wish it was more reliable and the bugs would get worked out.

The app is super inconsistent and disconnects from the unit on an almost weekly basis. This product will not be a part of our home long.
