Extremely user friendly and easy to use. Was able to add the app to my phone and control my thermostat within 5 minutes. Also able to add it to my SmartThings app so that my thermostat could be set to my home and away schedule. Clean looking.

Overall great. Control of multiple home/multiple zones is excellent. The only part that is frustrating is that I do not want to use the geofencing and the app continually asks me to set it up.

Only hiccup I encountered was the home sleep and away modes. Don't feel I am controlling them very well. Temp settings work but thermostat doesn't always know(?) when I am back home. Learning curve for me.

Time will tell - I have zoned air and have 4 of these - WiFi went out after 2 weeks on one unit and contractor replaced it so all is good but like I said time will tell

I do like the thermostat and would have rated it 5 stars but the new improved App is far inferior to the first one I had. I am constsntly getting messages that it canât connect with my thermostat and to check my WiFi

Not overly impressed, seems very basic Geo fencing doesn't work very well. Actually liked my best better but it didn't work with my new HVAC system.
