When setting the mode to off it should be off. Currently the schedule overrides the off mode. Off should be off.

Had to buy this thermostat because my previous more expensive Honeywell thermostat wouldn't support a gas furnace for a backup to a 2 stage heat pump. Now lost the ability to schedule the fan mode. Thermostat has the option to run the heat pump by outside temperature via the Internet but won't display the temperature. Honeywell is becoming very disappointing.

Had trouble getting unit to link up , mechanic got several reply log on numbers and was still unable to link up,finally got it to link up..
I have had problems linking up. Need to make things easier to use or have a human available.
