Typical Thermostat with WiFi no Humidity Reading

It's disappointing to not have humidity reading, this is just a simple thermostat that allows the user to control the temp away from the site. I am curious to know how often the auxiliary heating will be activated after setting the degrees differences.

We have been unable to connect to the WiFi - the technician who installed it had trouble and we haven't been able to solve the problem. It has really hampered our intended use of this product - it's a weekend house and we need to turn the thermostat up and down remotely. This has increased our electric usage. We will try calling customer service to see if we can solve the issue.
