This product may not have a snazzy color or some fancy outer cover, but it has the perfect functionality that I needed. All the features such as geofencing, integration with Apple products, and a standard home, away, and sleep settings are perfect. T

The online service to connect to the thermostat seems to have routine issues, preventing access. It was down for 3 days while the contractor and I tried to register the thermostat and get it connected, and since then only 3-5 days it's been online.

Very touchy to get it on line and linked to my phone. Once done right, deleting , then re-installing the APP worked

We travel a lot and it is great to monitor home remotely. Jon at had a cold snap in Texas and changed over from A/C to hear from my IPhone.
