This is a very expensive Thermostat for the quality that you get. I do not like the fact that I have to tap the center of it, so that it will light up so I can see the temperature, or set the temperature. It was absolutely a waste of money.

It's fine. Easy to operate the basic control functions. Temperature sensing is better than typical thermostats from other brands, which can be poor at responding to temperature changes within the room. Cloud app is annoying. I strongly dislike the modern trend of forcing customers to install custom apps to install and control their products. The Resideo app doesn't work properly on smaller iPhone screens (it won't scroll down to display the areas that are cut off by the smaller display). And the app is more motivated to push ads in your face than to let you control the thermostat.

So so thermostat. Limited in programmable abilities. Temperature is off 2 degrees. Set if for 72 and it is 70. Not something I would have purchased. Part of package with new HVAC system.
