Once it was on the wall and set up with the furnace we had a heck of a time syncing it with our WiFi. Once we got it it's working great. We can be out of town and check that our furnace is set at the correct temperature and raise the temperature when

Really difficult to set up with WiFi. The app would not download. My contractor took several months before he finally connected it to wifi.

We we're looking at other WIFI thermostats and are happy the Lyric was recommended by the contractor who was part of a Focus on Energy program. My rating may go up but we've only been using the thermostat for a couple of weeks.

The only trouble I am having with it is. I set it for 64 degrees. (I have two, both set the same) The next thing you know the thermostat reading is now 70 -72. Then I have to go back and bring it down again, how can you get it to stay at one temp
