Geo fencing does not seem to work well which is very disappointing. With two users set up on the account the thermostat goes to away mode when one user leaves the house and the other stays home... this makes using geo fencing feature annoying.

The Honeywell app sucks. It mislocates, has issues connecting even when the WiFi is working well. Iâll switch to Nest in the near future.

I previously had a nest. Have a heat pump system. Could not seem to get it to work correctly. Blew out the condenser outside unit. Contractor recommended Honeywell WiFI but I would like more info on usage and reports at end of month.

Connecting to the Lyric app was a snap, cannot register on the Home, phone help is always an hour. you should have made the Lyric transition automatically to the Home before you released it. Nobody is going to buy your home if they can't use their T6

The unit is constantly loosing connection to Honeywell's cloud service. This is very unstable.

I like that I can check the status and make a changes to the temp as needed. Only item I cannot control is if the WiFI goes out.
