I have three in my home. They function but the interface should be better. One has to cycle through heat, cool and off instead of just having options immediately available. Also, after setting cool temperature ( eg. 78 degrees when room is at 80 ), it sometimes takes up to a minute before air conditioner switches on.

A very basic thermostat with limited capabilities

Cutover from A/C to Heat does not work, even though the thermostat has been configured to do so. This is a very basic thermostat with remote capabilities. Honeywell should completely re-design this with a more modern interface and capabilities of working with communicating HVAC systems.
