Unit arrived with old firmware, took 3 hours to download new set. Constantly receives message that unit is not communicating, but my internet is functioning perfectly. Might choose other manufacturer in the future.

Thermostat is great, the app is terrible. Had to spend hours on phone and responding to emails. But, thermostat works great.

I can't rate the installation - the contractor performed that function. Connecting the WiFi was a nightmare and finally had to have the contractor send someone to the house to do help. You need clearer instructions printed in larger type.

The product functions somewhat normally but the issue is the device constantly loses wifi conection to app. (Not home wifi related) this is a problem with either the app or the thermostat. The thermostat was very difficult to link to the app.

It was much better before the app change from lyric to Honeywell. Now things never seem quite in sync. Schdules are harder than they should be.

Steep learning curve app difficult to use schedules aren't saved need better schedule program need a better operator manual and instruction guide
