The install of this product was so straight forward and I had both thermostats scheduled in my phone in less than 5 minutes. Also, I leave the house periodically (unscheduled) and I love how I can shut off my AC from my phone on the g!! Money saver!!

Could not connect, had to use apple product which I don't own.. Do not light it has no humidity

The first unit worked fine. This one malfunctioned and made temp over 100 degrees in wife's craft room. I don't want to see my power bill!

Wireless connection dropped constantly on one thermostat. Then another thermostat. Had it replaced. Same thing. Honeywell upgrades their app. Still happened. Reset it. Still happened. Finally had it replaced with ecobee. Not one problem yet in 2 week

Not user friendly. The Geofencing feature is not accurate. And the programming features are bit cumbersome to understand.
