Hi, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with connecting the unit to Homekit. You may want to perform a Homekit reset. Please see below, then attempt connecting to HomeKit. 1. Hold down "Menu" 2. Use the arrows to select "Reset" 3. Use the arrows to select "Homekit" 4. Select "Yes"
setting Hard to set up a schedule. I can not find out where you go to set the schedule

Hi, you can either setup the schedule from the actual thermostat by selecting the menu button then press select on schedule. You can also program this through the Resideo app by first selecting the thermostat tile to view the full controls then select the schedule icon on the bottom.
