The app works well. There is one issue with this thermostat which is annoying. It does not automatically switch from cooling to heating, which is necessary in the spring and fall when cool nights and warm days prevail. My previous thermostat did and for that reason alone I do not recommend this thermostat and would not purchase another one.

Hi, you can enable the auto changeover feature from the thermostat menu by performing the following.
1. On the T-series thermostat tap the screen so Menu shows at the bottom of the screen.
2. Press and hold the Menu button until Device Setup appears, and press Select.
3. Use the arrow button to go to function 300 at the top of the screen and press Edit.
4. Use the arrow buttons to set the Auto-Changeover feature to On or Off.
5. Press Done to save.

T6 can be adjusted over any internet connection. I usually adjust it at home without getting up. You could be on vacation even.

Happy with Reservations. It is definitely better than the last two smart thermostats. So far it is very reliable; however would like to have better setup instructions and explanation of services such as "geofencing".
