The device often seems to have trouble connecting to our wi-fi, though we haven't found issues with the wi-fi. I have had to reset the wi-fi 3 times on the thermostat and we have had it for less than a month.

I have 100 MB fiber optic internet with an AC1750 WiFi router. It is NOT compatible with a router with a high speed. I purchased an older model compatible router and it still doesnât work with the WiFi. Waste of money. I canât use it remotely.

Frequently loses connectivity to internet and then send me loud alerts on the middle of the night

The thermostat is fine itself. I am a heating contractor and had a very difficult time getting it to work on a remote app. The android version wouldn't connect properly and my older iPad couldn't handle the app. It wasn't until we had s new iPhone

Disconnected from WiFi and canât reconnect to WiFi. Press screen for 5 seconds to reset and nothing happens. Also did not receive my monthly usage report

Seems to be a very good and reliable thermostat. Have never had a Wi-Fi Honeywell thermostat. Still getting use to it. No problems thus far.
