You cannot have 2 thermostat’s connected, if so we cannot figure it out. Not user friendly. If you want something cheap and only need 1 then I guess this is would be fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This thermostat gives us the capability of changing temp remotely in our vacation rental which is 1 1/2 hrs away,from our house. We can see the history of heat use. It keeps the temp evenly at the set temp.
