This is my first "smart" thermostat, and I love it! Controlling with the phone is an every-day luxury that I really enjoy. Super convenient. Looking forward to trying some of the other features.
I have these in a remote location and try to use them as a monitor and have the ability to change temperatures when traveling to the location. Have fiber for internet so it's solid but thermostats continue to fall off/on internet. Also the interface is dated. No color, no local data, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works great. I might be doing something wrong because it does not allow me to use multiple devices to control. I end up having to sign in again on each device and reset the password. It does allow me to use the same password, thought.
The mobile app is horrible, always has an error. The schedule feature is basic, doesn’t allow you to set schedules for various times throughout the day or week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Good: easy setup; simple controls; clear screen The Bad: skips the 3rd of 4 times set on the schedule. Goes from time one to two but then skips setting three by going to one.
