I purchased this to monitor the air conditioning in a winter home but the app logged me out so that I now have NO way to monitor the air conditioning unless I go there in person and reconnect it.

Not Not use if you need heat

Thing resets every time it gets cold. Its set to stay at 68 and it’s 4degrees outside and the heater will not go above 62 degrees (again).
Nobody answers if you call the Honeywell help line. It transfers you to some other company who is never open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First one stopped working less than 1 year after install and was replaced under warranty. Second T6 does not connect to the Honeywell home app.

able to manage this device remotely

I could never connect this device to manage remotely. App is crashing all the time while configuring. Is anyone able to configure this device at all? Can anyone from Honeywell respond to the post with step by step instruction? I wonder by builders are providing this device as default.

Impossible to fully configure

HVAC technician hooked up but didn’t have app to fully configure. Thermostat easy to read but is not configured for auto use. Tried to configure following the instructions on the app. With the support of 2 resideo customer support personnel unable to set up . Now getting some error. Do not buy if tech cannot fully configure.

Had three of them

I had three of these in the home I purchased just over a year ago. All three have failed and needed to be replaced. Screen went blank and they heated up.

Worked fine until Resideo took it over

This thermostat was insalled and set up by the contractor who installed the furnace. It worked perfectly and stayed connected to me router until Resideo appeared. Now the app can't find the thermostat, and it will not connect to my router at all. several uninstall/reinstall attempts have been made, to no avail.

I moved it to my house a year ago it's been working often disconnected from Wi-Fi a few times And now it's completely stopped working the thermostat will not even turn on
