Easy to use; however, my previous thermostat, which was not wifi-able, would allow both heat and cool modes to be selected. This one does not. Either heat or cool has to be selected. Not optimal.

Hi, this model does have the auto changeover feature, this can be turned on from the installer menu, please see below.
1. On the thermostat tap the screen so "Menu" shows at the bottom of the screen. 2. Press and hold the "Menu" button until "Device Setup" appears, and press "Select." 3. Use the arrow button to go to function 300 at the top of the screen and press "Edit." 4. Use the arrow buttons to set the Auto-Changeover feature to "On" or "Off."
If the Auto Changeover feature is turned on on the thermostat, it can now be turned on in the App or by changing the Mode on the thermostat.
It doesn't consistently change the theremostat setting from my phone.

Resideo is down again

The Resideo system is down again. Resideo is constantly going offline and unavailable. I have 2 locations that I travel between and it would be nice to cool on house down before I get there. I have one T4 Pro and two T6 Pro thermostats.

This is the worse thermostat. I can’t get it to work any more even after I keep restarting and reattaching it. They now suggest that I go online to find help but I am having a heck of a time finding time to stand in from of my thermostat with the phone out and flicking through apps. It worked for a week until I turned it off from working constantly in the back ground.
