It was too easy for someone to lock! Now we can't get back into it. Even the installers don't know the code to unlock! Can anyone help me?!!

It’s good. But sometimes it glitches and makes things slower. Last week I had to open the app 20 times to choose the option.

The prior Honeywell thermostat reflected indoor humidity. This one doesn't.

Great thermostat. I love the geofencing so my house starts to cool down or heat up when I get close to home. I set the temp variances lower/higher while I’m away so my furnace and AC don’t run as much when I’m gone, saving me a good bit of money each month. I picked this one specifically because it also ties in to my Google Home app, so I can control all my automation in one spot.
drops off wifi consistently, difficult to use, app is not up to date, and there is no HEAT/COOl combination mode for the spring/fall when we might need to cool and heat up the home at various times of day.

Below I listed direction on how to enable the auto changeover feature so the unit can automatically switch between heating and cooling.
1. On the thermostat tap the screen so "Menu" shows at the bottom. 2. Press and hold the "Menu" button until "Device Setup" appears, and press "Select." 3. Use the arrow button to go to function 300 at the top of the screen and press "Edit." 4. Use the arrow buttons to set the Auto-Changeover feature to "On" or "Off." 5. Press "Done" to save.
Hate that these “new” thermostats don’t automatically switch between Heating and Cooling modes. My 9 year old previous units did.

Hi Lee, this model does have the auto changeover feature where the unit will automatically switch between heat and cool. This will need to be enabled from the installer menu, see direction below.
1. On the thermostat tap the screen so "Menu" shows at the bottom of the screen. 2. Press and hold the "Menu" button until "Device Setup" appears, and press "Select." 3. Use the arrow button to go to function 300 at the top of the screen and press "Edit." 4. Use the arrow buttons to set the Auto-Changeover feature to "On" or "Off." If the Auto Changeover feature is turned on on the thermostat, it can now be turned on in the App or by changing the Mode on the thermostat.
