Got this for my cabin in the Utah mountains. Crank it up when I leave my home in Colorado and the place is warm when I get there. Love it!

Need a better product

This thing works fine for a while now all three two fan offline another one says the cloud error My internet is working just fine can't get these things back online You tried numerous old techniques Even use my phone hotspot so now I got to walk to each thermostat in order to use it

Garbage. Never again

Garbage. Total garbage. Will not stay connected to app. Spent hours n multiple times going through instructions freezing m manual and help desk. Often help desk just stops responding and disappears. Looking forward to trashing this disaster and getting away from Honeywell.

1st one was ok. 2nd was dead. 3rd one won’t sync with my computer. The 1st one works fine. IMHO Honeywell needs to work on its quality control.

I first installed this same thermostat over 3 years ago when my bedroom was on the first floor and the thermostat was on the second floor of my home. I loved that I no longer had to trek up & down the stairs each time I had to adjust the temperature. I now have the same unit in my new home and I still love it. The thermostat is right at my fingertips so I can adjust the temperature when I’m in my way home so the house is cool when I get home. No issues no defects. This by far is the best user friendly thermostat ever!
