Complicated Resideo App/Honeywell T6 Pro Smart

It came with my brand new home. The resideo app is very difficult to understand. For people that are not tech savy, I'm pretty sure they would have to hire someone to set it up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fan keeps running

This thermostat keeps my fan running continuously. Tried every mode but still keeps running. Fan stops shortly after I unplug the thermostat
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I still can’t set this product up properly and my temperature is still set at 80 degrees!!!

Just Ok no frills.

Can't see humidity which shows in the manual you can. Also using the app and going to runtime it's always two days behind. Changed routers and same thing.

No manual override

Thermostat is totally dead in a little over three years of operation. No way to turn on heat.
