I purchased 2 thermostats for my home one for home and one for my insulated garage. Both work great. My score is based on two complaints: The control app. only works on my phone not on my android computer. The previous thermostat by your company would work on both devices. The other complaint is that the lowest setting is 50 degrees. I would like a lower setting for my garage while I am away. This was possible with the previous model.

WiFi connection is GARBAGE

The thermostats were installed with new HVAC systems installed by a local contractor. They worked fine. I switched over to Google Fiber along with their mesh WiFi extenders and lost all connectivity and have been unable to get the thermostats (i have 3) to connect to the WiFi network
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works but not as Smart You'd Hope

Recently bought a house with this thermostat. Downloaded the app and setup an account. Went through the whole connection process only to be told that it's already connected to an account. Tried to troubleshoot and was told to get a hold of the previous owner and have them disconnect their account. So, now the app is completely useless to me. I set up the schedule on the thermostat but it never follows. Yes, I set it up correctly according to the manual. Now, the air only blows cold when I need it warm. I gotta get somebody out here to find out why. My research is pointing at the wiring or the thermostat. This house is only a couple years old! Why is this going out already?

Kind of unhappy

Virtually impossible to install correctly because it asks you a bunch of things that I didn't know the answer to. I just guessed most of the answers, and it seems to work, but not happy about maybe installing it wrong. I also don't like that the display doesn't show you if the system is on or off without having to touch the screen. Why can't it indicate with a light or on the display that the system is on? The displays is also not very responsive to my fingers. I often have to press the display kind of hard for it to register. Other than that, the display has high resolution, modern and fresh looking. This came with the unit when we bought it, I would have gotten something else had I made the purchase.

No heat/cool mode in 2024, can't get it to work with google. Always having to change it from heat to cool and back to heat in the fall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, the auto changeover feature can be enabled from the installer menu, please see the following direction. 1. On the thermostat tap the screen so "Menu" shows at the bottom of the screen. 2. Press and hold the "Menu" button until "Device Setup" appears, and press "Select." 3. Use the arrow button to go to function 300 at the top of the screen and press "Edit." 4. Use the arrow buttons to set the Auto-Changeover feature to "On" or "Off."
