We recently installed a new two stage heat pump and had the thermostat replaced. The Honeywell T6 works well with our unit. We installed the App on our phones and can now monitor and control the heat from anywhere! Great product!

Aside from the thermostat randomly shutting down (display goes blank for a couple seconds) every now and then, it works good.

Thermostat itself works fine. The software to install and run is not good. It goes offline frequently (loses contact with Honeywell's server) and requires various moves to switch manually from home to away modes. Geofencing is hit & miss.

When setting up the remote access on my phone the instructions didn't tell me to disable my data to allow for the set up, other wise the rest was easy.

Difficulty installing was problem with local wifi network - required using second network (phone mobile data) - local network wouldn't allow phone & thermostat to contact Honeywell simultaneously - once corrected (8 hours tech support), all perfect
