Although my router shows the Thermostat in the device list and I can ping the device it will from time to time be unavailable in the phone app. The problem is not in the network but with the WiFi in the thermostat. Most often it comes back.

Great interface on face, easy to use and to set schedule or control the thermostart. PITA to get connected to WiFi for the first time. Adaptive recovery seems less refined than competitors. No wireless remote sensors Great control over schedules.

This was the biggest POS that I have ever used. I put in two of them and let them run for a week before I ripped them out and put in NEST. Now everything is working properly. These ran the system constantly even after tech suppot verification. P

I added upstairs thermo but I am not able to add another downstairs Thermostat to my iPhone app trying many times. I wouldn't recommend this product to anymore. In fact, I am going to remove this device from my house and buy from another company.
