I really like it, contractor came out on time, insalled professionaly, only problem I have is that it went offline and I can't get it back online, I have followed the directions, still no luck

It took a few minutes for the thermostat to be recognized. After that, it was easy to use and we enjoy it.

There were significant issues trying to connect the thermostat to my Wi-Fi router. Thermostat does not have the ability to connect to the Wi-Fi without the assistance of the Honeywell Home app on an APPLE (will not connect using Android) device.
