This is a great product. I like that it can be programmed and I donât have to worry about it and I can override it, if we are gone for a while. Also glad it doesnât sense our movements since we donât walk by it very often

I have two homes and honeywell's in each home. Because one is older, I can not regulate each thermostat in the same app. Pluse this app does not show the picture of the thermostat. So it's not inviting to use. Otherwise it does work fine.

Is a bit slow in updating temperatures to the app. Also takes too long to sens, read or display the room temprature.

The app has multiple products. The connection gets dropped and does not reconnect on its own like all my other devices. Also the nest is more hi tech looking.

App(s) are confusing, two separate passwords for Honeywell.com and the app, my device was randomly deleted from account one day and had to completely reset everything.

I am a contractor, I would like to see more configuration options within the app. On the other hand, this was an easy set up and is very user friendly.
